The 2017 wedding season continues with a beautiful sunny day for Erin and Joseph! Although Cleveland native Erin now makes Houston her home with Joseph, you can’t take the love for CLE out of the girl. This wedding was chock full of references to the Greatest Location in the Nation.
After prep photos, the girls (and guys) rode in style on Lolly the Trolley to St. Angela in Fairview Park. Post-ceremony, the bridal party all hopped on the trolley to head to that most iconic of Cleveland locations- Voinovich Park. With its views of the skyline and Lake Erie, this area is very popular for wedding formals… and for festivals, of which there was one happening when we arrived. The appropriately named Nuevo restaurant boasts some pretty sharp architecture as well, and I was thrilled to use the side of the building for our “guys” group shots.
The reception took place at St. Demetrios in Rocky River, where we feasted on delicious food by Coyne Catering, Wild Flour Bakery, and Luna Cafe. Side by side with incredibly decorated cookies (including your Cleveland Cavaliers… and Golden State… ) were amazing treats prepared by the families of the bride and groom. My assistant Danielle declared the buckeyes to be the best ever!
DJ Carmen kept the tunes spinning and EVERYONE on their feet (or in the air…)!
A great day for sure. Big thanks to Jennifer from Heart 2 Heart Occasions for coordinating this big event!
